Hi! Today I’m going to tell you tips on how to get younger, glowing
and acne-free skin in 4 easy steps. These are just simple things we intend to overlook
but we shouldn’t! I’ve got to tell you! Ever since I’ve done these simple
things, I’ve got less breakouts, my skin isn’t as dry as it usually is and I
feel that my skin is rejuvenated and hydrated all the time. So if you want that
as well, make sure to read this till the end.
STEP 1: Water-Water-Water
Yes! Step no.1 is to drink water. Ever since we are little
we were told to drink 8 glasses of water every day. And we are like, “Why?” So
now I’m going to tell you why.
Water is good for our body as well as the skin. It not only
cleanses our internals but it also helps in our circulatory system. With this,
it keeps our skin hydrated. And it maintains elasticity in our skin that makes
our skin look younger and reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Another tip is to eat water-based fruits such as
watermelons, grapes, strawberries and pineapples. Since they contain vitamins
especially vitamin C, when the blood carry these nutrients to our skin this
will make our skin glow from the inside!
STEP 2: Adequate rest and sleep
Sleeping up to 8 hours a day is an essential to our skin!
Sleeping less than that can stress your skin. And the first part of our body
that will show that signs of stress is the skin around your eyes! Dark under
eye circles, big eye bags and tired looking sleepy eyes. These will make you
look older than your actual age.
Drinking supplements
for stress might help you out, others went to that path but I don’t recommend
it because those supplements contain other chemicals that may have other
effects on our body that we don’t know. I’m no pharmacist but I know that
natural is ALWAYS better than chemical.
STEP 3: Direct Contact on skin
Watching the things that has direct contact on your skin is
a must especially on the face. These things may contain germs and bacteria or
dirt that can clog up your pores and turn into nasty pimples.
1.
Hands.
Your hands are the most frequent visitor of your face. Make sure that your
hands are clean and sanitized when you touch your face.
2.
Cellphone.
Your cellphones make direct contact with your face when making and taking
calls. Since we tend to put our phones on different surfaces, you can actually
just imagine how dirty our phones are. If you want, you can use earphones and
headsets when taking or making calls.
3.
Pillow
Cases and Bed Sheets. These things can irritate our skin and cause rashes
and pimples especially when they are dirty! So make sure that you change your
pillow cases and bed sheets at least 2 times a month. You could also expose
your bare pillows and mattress to direct sunlight in order to kill the germs
there.
4.
Tight
Clothes. Tight clothing can also damage the skin. In some parts especially
the underarms, it can cause darkening. Why? Since it is so tight, it serves
like second skin and when we move around our clothes and skin creates friction
and it can scratch our skin badly resulting to darkening, unwanted skin lines
and scars.
5.
Hair.
Did you know that our hair can cause pimples? Yes it can especially when we
didn’t wash our hair and it gets on to the face. Another factor is when we put
gels and waxes in our hair .For girls, make sure to pony tail your hair so that
it wouldn’t get to face. While for the boys, make sure that your hair wouldn’t
get to your forehead so it wouldn’t create little rashes like pimples on your
forehead!
STEP 4: Skin Care Routine
Having a skin care routine brings your skin a regular touch
maintenance and sustenance for a younger glowing acne free skin. We have 5
steps for that which are cleansing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing and
protecting our skin. If you have no idea about these things make sure to watch

I guarantee you! These are just simple steps but they are
very effective!
